GenBio.ai, Inc., is a company established under the laws of Delaware (“GenBio”, “GenBio AI”, “we” or “us”), and operates http://genbio.ai (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) will also help you understand how we treat your personal data and the data processing operations carried out by us in relation to the Site.

While using the Site, you may voluntarily provide, or we may request, certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (the “Personal Data”).   2. provide various projects/services to you implemented by us through the Site;

9. EU, UK and Swiss Residents

  7. The right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit your personal data to another controller without hindrance from us (data portability).
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland and you are or have been a user of our service in the Site, we may send you marketing communications based on our legitimate interests, subject always to your right to opt out of such communications. Further, if you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will never share your personal data with a third party for such third party’s marketing purposes, unless you have specifically consented to us doing so. 10. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Personal Data that is voluntarily submitted to GenBio online, via electronic communication, or otherwise, may be maintained or accessed in servers or files located in the United States, which the European Union has not deemed to provide “adequate” privacy protection. If you do not consent to having your information processed and stored in the United States, please do not provide it to GenBio.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

GenBio reserves the right to modify or replace this Policy at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy. We recommend reviewing the Policy regularly. If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue using our Site or related services.
